OK, this app is not for everyone but it came in really handy for me. Like many other people, I can not sleep without some sort of white noise in the background.
At home I have a sleep machine. Its the greatest thing in the world. I have the best nights sleep with this. It got to the point that I would bring the sleep machine with me when I traveled. Of course, I found myself in Florida without the sleep machine in a room with dead silence. What to do, what to do. It was hopeless. I couldn't sleep. So I started playing with the iphone and I thought, what if there was an app for that. Well there is and I downloaded it. Within 20 minutes, I was out zzzzzzzzz. Sleep machine has plenty of options but I'll let you check those out. I set mine to the noise I needed and that was it! There is also a Sleep Machine (without the lite) for $1.99 but this version is FREE!
